Job Responsibilities

Your work as a care assistant/nursing assistant at Norrmalm home care will involve planning, performing, and documenting care and support based on each individual user's conditions, needs, and wishes. Your tasks are to meet the users' individual needs for care, support, and activities to ensure well-being as far as possible. We work based on the Social Services Act, and you will perform tasks based on the Health and Medical Services Act after delegation from a nurse. The work includes documentation according to current legislation. You will join a pleasant workplace with competent and skilled colleagues where you will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to the development of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education in healthcare or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We value that you have experience in elderly care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, which means that you are flexible and confident in your professional role, and can work both independently and in a team. A B driver's license is an advantage. Health and medical care tasks are part of the work.

A merit is that you have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish. A merit is also if you have knowledge of the IT systems used in home care: Lapscare, Phonirocare, and Procapita.
